How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want anyone who reaches out to Depressionaustralian Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we would like to know. This page shows how to share a concern and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring Up

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Depressionaustralian Walk-In Tubs
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The way a provider we connected you with acted

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work in your home, it often helps to raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Depressionaustralian Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or speak for a provider.

Sending Us Your Concern

Email contact@depressionaustralian.world and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • What happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Settled?

If our answer does not resolve things, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
